What is The Dreamery's Returns Policy?
The Dreamery offers a no-questions-asked, 30 day returns policy. You simply need to contact The Dreamery within 14 days of receiving your item. The Dreamery will then issue a returns form, and you need to ship your item so that we receive it within 30 days of dispatching your order to you.

How often are new products added to The Dreamery?
We load new products onto the site each and every week, so check back regularly.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is ALWAYS FREE, Australia-wide, $10 to New Zealand and $45 world-wide. You can read more about our shipping policy here.
What about Tax for international orders?
If you are placing an order from a location other than Australia, you will not be charged Goods and Services tax. However, you may be charged import and customs duty when your shipment arrives in the country you are shipping to - The Dreamery is not responsible for any of these charges and we recommend you contact your local customs agency to determine what these charges may be.
