By visiting THE DREAMERY, you accept and consent to these Terms and Conditions (T&C) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the T&C, you must not use or access this website. These T&C and the Privacy Policy may change from time to time without notice, and THE DREAMERY recommends you check back regularly.

Eligibility
You must be 18 years or over to register with THE DREAMERY. If you are under 18, we require that you inform your parent or legal guardian about THE DREAMERY's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. In addition, your parent or legal guardian must consent to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions prior to registering with us or placing an order with us.

By visiting THE DREAMERY you are accepting and consenting to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Please note these Terms and Conditions do not apply to websites maintained by other companies or organisations to which we link, nor are we responsible for anyloss or damage associated with information you submit to third parties via our website. Please read the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions of other companies prior to submitting your details.

Jurisdiction
This website is owned and operated by The Paviss Group Pty Ltd trading as THE DREAMERY in Australia. These terms and conditions, privacy policy and any order placed with us, or any other matter associated with this site are governed by Australian and ACT Law.

Acceptance of Order
The advertisement and display of a product on THE DREAMERY is not an offer to sell and THE DREAMERY will be under no obligation to supply product ordered through this website. You offer to purchase a product from THE DREAMERY when you place an order. We will acknowledge your order as soon as practicable but will be under no obligation to supply the product to you unless it is in stock. From time to time a product may be displayed on our website that is not available for sale.

If any of the items you order are out of stock or not available, or there is an anticipated delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as practicable via e-mail. If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours the remainder of your order will be processed and dispatched. We will not substitute any product without your express authority.

Returns
THE DREAMERY has a no questions asked returns policy, and has made our returns system as easy as possible for you.

  • On receipt of your item, try it on as soon as possible. Please try on shoes on a carpeted surface prior to wear to ensure no damage occurs to the soles. Shoes showing signs of wear on the sole, or with a missing or damaged box, will not be accepted for return.
  • If you wish to return something you have purchased, request a Merchandise Return Authorisation number within 7 days of receipt of your item by contacting THE DREAMERY's returns department at order@the-dreamery.com - be sure to include your order number and detail the items you wish to return.
  • Complete the returns form included with your order, and be sure to sign.
  • Your returned items must be received by THE DREAMERY within 7 days of issue of the MRA for domestic orders, and within 14 days for international orders.
  • THE DREAMERY does not sell used products. Your items must be returned in new and unused condition with all tags attached and in original condition. If your item shows any evidence of wear (includes, but is not limited to, strong perfume or cigarette smells, rips, tears, stains, bent or damaged product tags) it will be returned to you and your refund voided.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging. Shoes or boxed items will not be accepted for return without their original boxes in tact and in original condition. These boxes are considered part of the product.
  • THE DREAMERY does not accept liability for any returned items until they are received at the returns address provided to you. We recommend you use a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is delivered safely.
  • Any items marked FINAL SALE are unable to be returned to THE DREAMERY for any reason.

Refunds
All merchandise that is correctly returned in accordance with the details above will be refunded or credited to the customer's THE DREAMERY account, with the exception of Sale items which may only be returned for a store credit or an exchange.

Shipping costs will not be refunded to the purchaser except if the product is found to be faulty.

Please note Goods and Services Tax will be refunded to Australian purchasers however THE DREAMERY is not responsible for the refund of duties or taxes levied by your country incurred as a result of purchasing a product from THE DREAMERY. You may be able to recover these costs by directly contacting your local Customs government department.

Exchanges
Exchanges will only be made for a different size of the same item you are returning. Please make it clear which size you wish to exchange your purchase for when you request your Return Number. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different product, we recommend you return your purchase for a store credit and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Gift Returns
If you find a gift you have received is unsuitable, you may return it and receive a credit to your THE DREAMERY account. You must be a registered member. You may be required to pay for any additional product cost, shipping or taxes.

Faulty Products
Items that are considered faulty are those that are received in a damaged condition. Wear and tear to a product is not a sign that the item is faulty. Please note that faulty products can only be exchanged for the same product in the same size. Where possible, faulty goods will be repaired before they are replaced.
